Just the thing after a good hike in the moss. Great food and great service! Everyone is very accommodating and there is a playground for the kids right on the terrace.

The restaurant Ähndl is a bit outside of the city and offers all the more. Great service, great food and a playground for children. The beer garden is idyllically located with a view of the mountains. A visit to the Ähndl restaurant is definitely worth it.

Very friendly staff. Cozy living room. But the Wiener Schnitzel had perhaps less than 100 grams of meat. And the fridge-cold portion of potato salad was also only a very small portion. We don't need to do it again.

If you are traveling in the Murnauer Moos, you should take a break at the Ähndl. Beer garden just doesn't get any nicer. The dishes are delicious and the service is quick and helpful. A tip ... make a reservation, otherwise you have to plan longer waiting times. Dream scenery 😍 We'll be back 👍

Despite Corona stress, very friendly staff and delicious food. You can tell the delicious broth in the soup. The Kaiserschmarren is also a pleasure. Will certainly not have been there for the last time.

Yesterday I was yelled at in front of all the guests in this restaurant and treated like a felon because I wanted to go to my table in the beer garden without a mask ... a distance of about 3 meters. I submitted a certificate as well as my severely handicapped ID which the employees and the owner were not interested in in any way. I've been chronically ill for 20 years, including severe asthma. I immediately get breathlessness and panic when I can't breathe freely. That is why I have this certificate and that is how it is planned by the state in order to protect people with disabilities during this time. Because of my handicap, I have never been treated as discriminating and degrading as I was in this restaurant yesterday. I am deeply shocked how you deal with disabled people here, especially since there was absolutely no danger to others, as there was enough space everywhere and we were in the beer garden. Even in times of Corona, you can still keep a little consideration and humanity.

Great cuisine (you can tell the influence of an excellent chef) despite "simple" dishes. Prices are reasonable due to the good quality. One of the most beautiful seating areas with a magnificent view of the foothills of the Alps and the Wetterstein Mountains. Service friendly to partially expandable. Make a reservation. Wonderful ambience in the shade of the Ramsach church and majestic linden trees. A picture book view over the idyllic Murnau Moos to the imposing mountain peaks. The menu is simple, but perfectly adequate and the preparation is passionate and fine. A place to recharge your batteries, for body and soul.

This place, like others, suffered from Corona. But this is what you are willing to accept. We only noticed a change in the food we ordered. The herbal cream soup tasted almost nothing. The announced farmer's bread was in pieces in the soup. The sausage salad with cheese was more than poor in taste. The cheese is a soft butter cheese, the sausage is in large slices in the broth. Shame, we've eaten better before.

The economy is nice, the beer garden is very shady, the service was fast, friendly and attentive, but the food doesn't knock you out. The potato dumpling was not fluffy, the sauce far too little and the Wammerl has no real crust (because the rind is removed beforehand, which I can't quite understand).

Idyllically located on the edge of the Murnauer Moos - warm hospitality despite Corona rules - reservations are recommended for the evening - great roast beef, wonderful schnitzel - small but good selection of wines, good draft beer. We really enjoyed stopping there after a long hike

This paradise is simply beautiful to linger, the view of the mountains, all the greenery, the chapel can be seen, a small playground and a cozy beer garden under three large chestnuts. The service is fast, the ladies and gentlemen are brisk, and very friendly. The food tastes and the drinks too. When the weather is nice, make sure you reserve, the landscape invites you to go for a walk or hike, a visit is always a pleasure for everyone Eye.

Wonderful food. You can tell that the cook has already cooked at star level. Even simple dishes are served with love.

Beautifully located beer garden, service nimble and very friendly, CORONA hygiene rules implemented in an exemplary manner, tasted good. Prices for the location and the area south of Munich are not overpriced. The only downside that might lead to 4.8 instead of 5 stars is that the servings could be a bit bigger. We have been there many times and always come back!
